The procurement covers services for carriage of library materials:

— between the municipal libraries (main libraries in 48 municipalities in total), the participating secondary schools (11 in N-T and 24 in S-T in total), the County libraries in Nord- and Sør-Trøndelag. Total number of visit points are: 32 in N-T and 42 in S-T.

— College Library of Nord-Trøndelag (4 branch libraries)

— For all other libraries in Trøndelag

— library in the rest of Norway
