in June 2021, the Public Foncier establishment in Hauts de France and Douaisis Agglo, in the presence of Renault Douai, signed an operational agreement for the acquisition of part of the Georges Besse plant operated by Renault in the municipalities of Cuincy, Lambres-Lez-Douai in the Nord and Brebières in the Pas-De-Calais and the carrying out of asbestos removal and deconstruction work in certain sectors depending on the release of land rights-of-way by Renault and future projects.
