1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the collection and management of municipal waste generated by property owners from the Ordering Party's area. 2. The subject of the contract includes: 2.1. collection of municipal waste from all residential properties and real estate on which the summer house is located, as well as other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes located in the Wartkowice commune, 2.2. collection of selectively collected municipal waste at the Selective Waste Collection Point (hereinafter: PSZOK) and from designated collective collection points specified in Annex 7 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract includes the following services: 3.1. collection and management of any quantity of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste with the code: 20 03 01; 3.2. collection and management of any amount of separately collected municipal waste, which includes: paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, mixed packaging, glass, bio-waste constituting municipal waste, codes: 15 01 01, 20 01 01, 15 01 04, 20 01 40, 15 01 02, 20 01 39, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 02 01 and collection and management of any amount of municipal waste selectively collected from pharmacies, schools, designated collective collection points, which include: medicines, batteries, glass, plastic with codes: 20 01 32, 20 01 34, 15 01 07, 15 01 02; 3.3. collection and management of any quantity of separately collected municipal waste not listed in point 3.2, which includes: furniture and other bulky waste, used tyres and waste electrical and electronic equipment with codes: 20 03 07, 16 01 03, 20 01 35, 20 01 36; 3.4. collection and management from PSZOK of any amount of selectively collected municipal waste, which includes: paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging, biowaste constituting municipal waste, codes: 15 01 01, 20 01 01, 15 01 04, 20 01 40, 15 01 02, 20 01 39, 15 01 07, 15 01 06, 15 01 05, 20 02 01; hazardous waste – 20 01 21, 20 01 28, 20 01 23; expired drugs - 20 01 32, chemicals - 20 01 80; waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes – 20 01 99, waste batteries and accumulators – 20 01 34; waste electrical and electronic equipment with codes: 20 01 35, 20 01 36; bulky waste – 20 03 07; used tyres 16 01 03, construction and demolition waste from households – 17 01 07, 17 09 04 and textiles and clothing – 20 01 10, 20 01 11; 3.5. equipping the real estate indicated in point 2.1 of this chapter with a set of containers and bags used to collect municipal waste and collecting containers after the completion of the subject of the contract; 3.6. development and delivery to the Ordering Party and property owners indicated in point 2.1 of this chapter, a schedule for municipal waste collection; 3.7. keeping records and documentation related to the collection and management of municipal waste; 3.8. possession, throughout the entire period of the contract, of the entrepreneur's third party liability insurance for business activity related to the subject of the contract in the amount of at least PLN 1000000 (in words: one million zlotys). 4.The estimated total amount of municipal waste that can be collected and managed during the term of the contract is about 1406.55 Mg.
