This contract is a multi-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders with 3 holders with a maximum annual amount of EUR 1 000 000.00 excluding VAT

The services are the subject of a single package, composed of the following sectors:

sector A - Annecy (Territory 11, Meythet Annecy north / 12, Annecy Lake Semnoz / 13, Albanian Mandallaz / 14, Fillière Aravis Lake / 15, Cran Seynod Romain)

sector B - Lake Geneva (Territory 31, Chablais / 32, Annemasse Voirons / 33, Salève Vuache / 34, Geneva)

sector C - Arve Valley (Territory 21, Bonneville green valley / 22, Chamonix Mt Blanc Arve)

The framework agreement will be concluded with the top three in the ranking.

the company ranked 1st will be solicited primarily for orders from Sector A, the company ranked 2nd will be solicited primarily for orders from Sector B, and the company ranked 3rd will be solicited primarily for orders from Sector C
