construction of a dining room and fitting out of premises in the existing building at the Stéphane Hessel high school - Godart Roger site in EPERNAY (51200) including works of: Construction of a satellite catering area (hot link) (400 square meters), installation of sanitary facilities in the existing volumes (120 square meters), Construction of a courtyard (160 square meters), renovation of a staff housing (120 square meters).

The project management mission includes the following study mission elements: Esq/Aps/Apd/Pro/Exe/Synt/Act/Det/Aor and GPA for the entire program. Two complementary missions will be added to this contract: Mission DIAG and Mission Ssi.

Estimated cost of the works: 1,840,000 euro excluding VAT (economic conditions December 2023).

Overall time to complete the work: 9 months including 2 months of preparation
