includes the demolition of the old school building. The aim is that the usability and conditions of the project building will last for a maintenance period of approximately 20 years.

The school centre will be built for approximately 165 pupils, including facilities for preschool and comprehensive school (grades 0–9). In addition, the school will have a sports hall, a gymnasium, a service kitchen (preparation kitchen reservation) and other facilities and health and social services facilities needed by education. In addition to educational and administrative use, the school's facilities (especially the sports hall and gymnasium) are used for evenings and weekends.

The KVR contract has been put out to tender and the contractor has been selected. With regard to the selection of contractors, the project is waiting for the decisions to become final.
