The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide project management assistance services relating to the business applications of the Council of State and the administrative jurisdiction.

The work units of lot 1 concern the “technological base”, “litigation portal” and “citizens' telerecours” projects.

UO1L1: assistance in project management expertise in the development of complex components.

UO2L1: assistance to project management in Web development.

UO3L1: familiarization with the site context.

The work units of this lot relate to technical architecture and IS urbanization services to support the public body in its modernization and transformation project.

UO1L2: design, update and evolution of the target information system.

UO2L2: IS consistency audit.

UO3L2: management of the architecture of a construction site.

UO4L2: technology watch.

UO5L2: familiarization with the site.

The services expected for lot 3 are transversal and may concern all of the sites.

UO1L3: expertise on the Kafka software.

UO2L3: familiarization with the context.

The services of lot 4 are specific and are not affected by the sites mentioned in the other lots.

UO1L4: local IT support.

UO2L4: IT support, helpdesk.

UO3L4: familiarization with the context.
