The objective of this tender is to optimally meet the need for printing, copying and scanning of the contracting authority. The contracting authority wishes to achieve this goal through a European tender in accordance with an open procedure. This tender must lead to uniform services, pricing, expiry date and conditions for the contracting authority. The aim is to conclude 1 framework contract for the contracting authority for a period of 60 months with the possibility of an extension of 2 x 12 months.

Type 1: black and white printer at least 20 PPM A4: 40.

Type 2: full color MFP at least 50 PPM A4 and A3: 114 (including 2 spare machines).

Total number of machines: 154.

Total number of black-and-white prints (per year) A4: 12 500 000.

Total number of full color prints (per year) A4: 4,000,000.
