This concerns the European non-public tender for the provision of services for Deta Fixed hiring for the National Health Care Institute. In the implementation of the Deta-Vast construction, ZIN wishes to contract a number of parties in a framework agreement. When ZIN has articulated a vacancy with regard to the competencies for the candidate, it is the wish to place this question with the three parties in the framework agreement. These parties search, screen and select candidates for suitability, after which ZIN carries out the final selection in the form of a mini competition.
The scope of the purchasing process concerns European tendering for Deta-Fixed Construction. The NIC supervises the purchasing process and ensures coordination with the implementation of the agreement towards the 'Information standards' and 'PPIM' teams of the National Health Care Institute. The assignment is estimated at € 1,800,000 (excl. VAT) over a period of four years. This includes the following costs: the wage costs including the costs incurred by the Contractor for the training development program. This estimate is based on four profiles per year, for a 40-hour working week. Of which the candidate works 32 hours a week for ZIN and spends 8 hours a week on training. Based on hourly rates between € 60 and € 80 (excl. VAT). The agreement must be concluded by 1 October 2021.
