Søndergården, originally incorporated into two divisions, has been amalgamated into a division for approval of the overall plan in June 2021. The total number of dwellings changes from 95 to 94 dwellings. The overall plan includes renovation of structures and installations, amalgamation of apartments and the establishment of accessibility housing. The task is being retail projects for the tendering of the work in the main contract with a planned construction start March 2023 and a construction period of 24 months.
