The subject of the tender is the procurement of a mobile linear electron accelerator for intraoperative electron irradiations (hereinafter referred to as IÖRT) including an imaging system.
The subject of the tender is the procurement of an IÖRT including an imaging system.
The services to be provided essentially include the following:
- delivery of the devices/products to the installation site or to the place of use;
- installation, installation, assembly of the devices/products at the installation site or at the place of use;
- connection to the (building services) media required to operate the devices/products;
- Connection of devices/products to the client's electronic (patient) documentation systems “Record & Verify” for radiotherapy (Mosaiq) and archiving systems of the client, including the necessary software and hardware
- commissioning; declaration of operational readiness; functional test (s) and test run - corresponding test reports for documentation are part of the scope of services;
- handover/acceptance of fully functional devices/products, including all accessories required for operation;
- full instruction and training of the client's operating and technical personnel and IT administrators in accordance with the requirements/regulations set out in Appendix 1 - specifications;
- Liability for defects and warranty.

The performance must be provided in accordance with the “Notes on the award procedure and service description for the award procedure”, including attachments. The General Terms and Conditions of Carl Gustav Carus Dresden University Hospital at TU Dresden (Annex 6), the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Execution of Services (“VOL/B”; in the version dated August 05, 2003), which are regulated by the Additional Terms and Conditions for Delivery and Service contracts from the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden at TU Dresden (Annex 7), as well as the provisions of the Civil Code in the version valid at the time of award.
