The contracting authority has entered into a framework agreement for the procurement of water and sewage concrete manholes and related products.

The need for delivery of water and sewage concrete manholes and related products for ongoing operation and maintenance is continuous.

Product groups and specified items included in the framework agreement are listed in the price form, Appendix 03. This list of specified items is not exhaustive, and the list will be updated as needed during the contract period.

The tenderer is also required to physically label goods, and perform servicing and provide technical assistance in the contract period.

The scope of the contract is based on statistics from the current framework agreement for 2020, the scope is approx. NOK 1.4 million excluding VAT.

The volume of the service for the municipalities will vary from year to year. The estimated scope in the tender documentation is non binding for the contracting authority, nor does it give any rights to the tenderer. It is meant as an indication of the contract´s size and extent and it will be the municipalities' real need that will always determine what will be spent during the contract period.

The contracting authority reserves the right to go outside the framework agreement for individual procurements over NOK 500,000 excluding VAT. The procurement will then be implemented as a competition and contract suppliers will have the opportunity to participate.

The contracting authority is not obligated to procure a specific quantity of goods in the framework agreement period, furthermore, the framework agreement is not in itself financially binding for the contracting authority .

Only each individual order with a reference to the contract will bind the contracting authority financially.
