The assignment concerns the delivery of a VTH case system that complies with the principles and fulfills the objectives set by ODRU. These are summarized in chapter 1.4 "Principles and objectives" and further elaborated in the Tender Documents. With regard to implementation, management and support, the scope includes (support for the) technical implementation, the training of key users and in the management phase technical and second-line support.
