The purpose of the acquisition is to provide Trafi with a document digitization service under the conditions set out in this invitation to tender and its annexes.

The digitization service to be acquired includes:

- receiving, pre-processing, digitizing, imaging, storing and transmitting the agreed vehicle registration and roadworthiness documents, driving license and permit applications to Trafi systems;

- processing digitization error lists;

- reporting.

The subject of the acquisition and other digitization services to be purchased are described in more detail in Appendix 2 Description of the subject of acquisition.

The submission of a tender is subject to the consideration and approval of the model contract annexed to the invitation to tender.
