The subject of the contract includes m.in trees growing in areas entered in the register of monuments (e.g. City Garden Sadyba).

The order covers the following scopes of work: 1. Felling and care treatments, including: • cutting trees in accordance with the amendment to the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 916) (measurement of the circumference of the trunk measured at a height of 130 cm from ground level); • felling of trees (measurement of the trunk circumference measured at a height of 130 cm from the ground level in accordance with the decision); • milling tree carps not less than 20 cm below the ground level – depending on the existing terrain conditions, leveling the ground surface and supplementing with fertile soil (measurement of the diameter of the trunk – in the case of uneven shapes of the trunk cross-section, this is the value of the arithmetic mean between two sections, the longest and the shortest [A1 + A2]/2); • removal of tree carps consisting in removing the aboveground and underground parts of the tree trunk and supplementing with fertile soil with compaction (measurement of trunk diameter – in the case of uneven shapes of the trunk cross-section it is the value of the arithmetic mean between two sections, the longest and the shortest [A1 + A2]/2); • removal of tree suckers; • removal of broken branches, windbreaks. • transplanting young trees.
