The assignment includes detailed engineering design for the infrastructure (road, water, sewage, storm water, park and green areas) for Mortensnes district.
The Mortensnes project comprises five different lots. This assignment includes detailed engineering design for lot 3, lot 4 and lot 5. Lots 1 and 2 have been completed and are not included in this tender documentation.
The assignment includes detailed engineering design for infrastructure (roads, water, sewage, storm water systems, park and green areas) for the Mortensnes district that is located on the west side of the Troms Island. The assignment shall be designed for three separate contract descriptions.
The sewage system for the entire area shall be subject to detailed engineering design as separate systems. This also means that the private service pipes will be completely separated in order to catch the storm water, drainage and roof water from the properties in the area. The storm water may result in occasional pipes and occasional open trenches when found suitable. The municipality has designed storm water lines for the area and has an established plan for flood ways which must be ensured by the engineering design service.
The Division for Water and Sewage shall, in cooperation with Tromsø Municipality, the unit for roads, shall establish a new pavement in accordance with zoning plans. The road can be expanded along some stretches. Completely road development is expected for the trench tracks. The old street lights shall be replaced in the entire area. Most of the cable companies are also expected to be involved in the planning for new cable installations in the area. The cable owners are responsible for the current and/or new cables in the municipal road ground. The zoning plan for the area shall form the basis for the engineering design.
The renewal area (lots 3-5) includes approx. 5 100 metres with main traces.
