Skien municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to a competition for a contract for engineering design services for and development of a flood path and the accompanying green areas. As a consequence of this, a comprehensive stream opening and water system restoration shall be carried out.

The project is a stream opening as a basis for a park corridor in the urban area between Skien river and the hiking area around Hvitsteintjern, see the map.
