The subjects of the order are:

a) successive deliveries of liquefied oxygen with a purity of min. 99% including the installation and lease of storage and power equipment intended for the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals, Legnica Branch, Metallurgical Production Department, 194 Złotoryjska Street, the area of the "Legnica" Copper Smelter;

b) installation of a temporary storage and power supply device;

c) installation of the target storage and power supply device;

d) lease of the installed storage and power equipment.

The order includes the supply of liquefied oxygen with a minimum purity of 99% in the amount of 6,300 Mg together with the lease of a storage and supply device within 12 months from the date of signing the contract or until the contract value is completed earlier (whichever comes first). This period is counted from the date of completion of the installation of the target storage and power equipment along with obtaining decisions and permits for operation as well as the protocol transfer of the device and the commencement of the lease. The expected average monthly requirement is 525 Mg.
