Project management contract relating to the rehabilitation of the enclosure and the covered - Gendarmerie Bongeot barracks in Guéret. Estimated amount of the rehabilitation works is 6,400,000 EUR including tax, split into two installments of an equivalent amount. The work will be carried out on an occupied site. The main objectives of this operation are:

- the rehabilitation of the closed and covered;

- energy performance: respect the regulatory threshold of the current RT;

- securing balconies by structural reinforcement;

- sustainable investment through the choice of products, materials and systems used.

Basic mission:

- Summary preliminary design (APS);

- Final preliminary design (PDA);

- Project studies (Pro);

- Assistance for the award of public works contracts (AMT).

The administrative documents relating to the consultation of companies (CCAP, RC and AE) will be carried out by the administration. The assistance includes the drafting of technical documents, the phase of negotiations with companies; the analysis of offers in accordance with a framework and criteria provided by the client. It will also include a pre-analysis of the offers according to the various selection criteria mentioned in the publication notice with determination of the points to be negotiated and an additional analysis giving rise to a final report after negotiation with all the companies whose offer will have been found admissible;

- VISA for studies and executions;

- Department of works contract execution (DET);

- Assistance provided to the client during acceptance operations (AOR) and during the Perfect Completion Guarantee (GPA) period.

Additional missions:

- Diagnostic studies (DIA) with readings;

- scheduling, steering and coordination mission (OPC);

- signage mission;

- supply of preliminary measurements and quantities for the documents of the consultation.
