"Complete mission of architecture and engineering – Project author – for the renovation/redevelopment of the Moretus Plantin University Library - BUMP".

The purpose of this public procurement procedure is to carry out a complete architectural and engineering mission (including energy performance certification) and safety and health on site – Project author – with a view to the renovation/redevelopment of the UNamur BUMP Library. In the case of a grouping of services offered in a temporary association of service providers, the offer will specify the provider who coordinates the services of the grouping.

The overall project, as envisaged by UNamur, includes the following 3 components:

The first consists of the renovation of the library's internal spaces and the creation of a Learning Center (hereinafter, sub-project "Interior fittings and learning center").

The second consists of the energy renovation of the facades and part of the technical installations, within the framework of the European plan "Resilience and Recovery Fund" - RRF (hereinafter, sub-project "Energy Renovation RRF"). The tenderer's attention is drawn to the deadlines imposed by European funding.

The third consists in the realization of an extension, on the forecourt of the BUMP, allowing the creation of a new space for catering or services to students (hereinafter, sub-project "Food offer forecourt").

The indicative amount of the entire operation is currently estimated at € 13,500,000 excluding VAT (excluding study costs), distributed as follows:

 "Interior fittings and learning center" component: €6,250,000 excluding VAT;

 "RRF energy renovation" component: €4,750,000 excluding VAT;

 "Food offer forecourt" component: € 2,500,000 excluding VAT.
