1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste collected selectively from the territory of the municipalities: Stary Sącz, Nawojowa and Łącko.
2. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.
3. The Contractor shall be obliged to enter into a separate contract with each of the Contracting Authority jointly carrying out the proceedings.
The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and development of the following types of waste:
(a) municipal waste collected selectively in containers or bags, including glass (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07), paper and cardboard (code 20 01 01 01, 15 01 01), plastic packaging (code 20 01 39, 15 01 02), metal (code 15 01 04, 20 01 40), multi-material packaging (code 15 01 01 05),
(b) ashes from individual (domestic) hearth collected selectively in containers or bags (code 20 01 99),
(c) large waste (code 20 03 07),
d) used electrical and electronic equipment (code 20 01 35*, 20 01 36),
e) worn tyres (code 16 01 03),
f) waste from construction and repair works (code: 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 01 07, 17 01 80, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 17 03 80, 17 04 07, 17 04 07, 1 706 04, 17 08 02, 17 09 04, 20 03 99),
(g) expired medicines (code 20 01 32),
(h) hazardous waste arising in households including chemicals, used batteries and batteries and others (code: 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 21*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 29*, 20 01 29*, 20 01 33*),
(i) waste ineligible for medical waste arising in households as a result of taking injectable medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood (code 20 01 99),
(j) clothing and textiles (code 20 01 10, 20 01 11).
Waste will be collected from inhabited properties, properties where cottages and other cottages used for recreational and leisure purposes, uninhabited properties indicated in Annex 3.1 to SWZ and PSZOK are located.
The Contractor shall be obliged to transfer the waste to the recovery or disposal plant, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste handling referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste.
The Contractor shall provide 120 litre bags for selective collection of waste, made of semi-transparent film, high tearing strength: green with the marking 'GLASS', blue with 'PAPIER', yellow colour with 'METALE and PLASTICS”. The Contractor shall, for the duration of implementation of the contract, equip the properties listed in Annex 3.2 to SWZ with waste collection containers meeting the requirements set out in that Annex. The technical condition of the containers must allow the collection and collection and management of waste in accordance with the Regulations, the contract and the common law in force on the territory of the Ordering Party.
