Task I:
1. The subject of the order in task I is a service consisting in collecting and managing municipal waste from property owners where residents live and from owners of properties where residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated in the Kruszwica commune, covering the city of Kruszwica and 30 village councils . The deadline for implementation from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2021, except that in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from January 1, 2020.
Task II:
1. The subject of the order in task II is the collection and management of municipal waste collected in a selective manner at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located on the premises of Spółka Wodna Sp. z o. o., Szarlej 18, and equipping the outlet and other places specified by the Employer with the appropriate number and types of containers for municipal waste collection. The implementation period is from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021.
I. Task I:
1. The subject of the order in task I is a service consisting in collecting and managing municipal waste from property owners where residents live and from owners of properties where residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated in the Kruszwica commune, covering the city of Kruszwica and 30 village councils .
2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the collection and management of mixed, unsorted, municipal waste with the code 20 03 01, collected in containers next to residential buildings and real estate where residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated and real estate on which summer houses or other houses are located real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes as well as the collection and management of the municipal waste listed below, collected in a selective manner:
1) paper - code 20 01 01, 15 01 01;
2) glass - code 20 01 02, 15 01 07;
3) metals and plastics - code 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 15 01 04, 20 01 40;
4) biodegradable waste and bio-waste - code 20 02 01, 20 01 08.
3. The estimated amount of municipal waste collected during the contract period in the city and commune of Kruszwica will total about 11,800 Mg, including:
- mixed municipal waste approx. 8 977 Mg
Selectively collected:
- paper around 235 Mg
- glass about 560 Mg
- metals and plastics approx. 600 Mg
- biodegradable waste and bio waste about 1,428 Mg.
The final amount of waste will be known as a result of the task. The amount of municipal waste may depend on the season of the year.
4. Settlement for waste will be based on the actual collected and managed waste in a given month of the task.
5. The Contractor is obliged to provide a sufficient number of specialized technical measures to guarantee timely and quality performance of the material scope of the service.
6. Waste collection covers all real estate on which residents reside, real estate on which residents do not reside, and municipal waste arises, and real estate on which summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes are located in the Kruszwica Commune.
7. Detailed information on the scope and manner of the contract is described in the "Detailed description of the subject of the contract for tasks I and II" constituting Annex 3 to the ToR.
II. Task II:
1. The subject of the order in task II is the collection and management of municipal waste collected in a selective manner at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located on the premises of Spółka Wodna Sp. z o. o., Szarlej 18, and equipping the point and other places specified by the Employer with the appropriate number and types of containers for municipal waste collection:
1) paper - code 20 01 01, 15 01 01;
2) metals and plastics, multi-material packaging - code 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 15 01 04, 20 01 40;
3) glass - code 20 01 02, 15 01 07;
4) biodegradable waste and bio-waste, including biodegradable packaging waste - 20 01 08, 20 02 01;
7) expired medicines - 20 01 32;
8) chemicals - 20 01 28, 20 01 30;
9) waste batteries and accumulators - 20 01 34;
10) waste electrical and electronic equipment - 20 01 36;
11) furniture and other bulky waste - 20 03 07;
12) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste, including waste paper - 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 03 80;
13) worn tires - 16 01 03;
14) textiles and clothing - ex 20 01 10, 20 01 11;
15) ashes - ex 20 03 99;
2. The contractor is obliged to equip PSZOK with the appropriate quantity and types of containers for collecting municipal waste. The number and types of containers are specified in the "List of containers in PSZOK" constituting Annex 2 to the contract template. (...)
