The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of red meat, red meat sausages, poultry meats and animal fats as well as poultry meat to secure the nutritional needs of soldiers and employees of the Ministry of National Defense on the supply of the 17th Military Economic Branch in Koszalin. The Contractor undertakes to deliver to the Recipients the goods described in the contract, on the terms specified therein, to the indicated addresses, at the gross unit prices indicated in the "Offer Form" – Annex 4 to the contract, while the subject of the contract offered by the Contractor will meet the requirements indicated in the "Detailed description of the subject of the contract" being Annex 3 to the contract. Unit prices of individual assortments, basic and resulting from the right of option, will not change for the entire duration of the contract. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option in the event of an increase in demand for specific goods.
