DISMANTLING, SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF VARIABLE MESSAGE SIGNS

the Department of Hautes-Alpes wishes to modernize its entire fleet of Variable Message Signs (VMS). It is composed of 34 panels installed for some twenty years. The Department's choice is the purchase of PMV with "Full Matrix full color" technology. The framework agreement will be implemented through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are regulated by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods
