The contract has as its object the assignment of the service for the electronic control of speed and infringements to the C.d.S. and for the subsidiary management of the sanctioning procedures provided for by the highway code including the activity of compulsory collection and the management of litigation, as well as the supply through fixed fee rental of electronic devices for the detection of violations of the maximum speed limits in medium and punctual mode approved by the Ministry of Infrastructures in compliance with the provisions of the Highway Code
