The subject of the contract is the performance of services consisting of the collection and transport of municipal waste from inhabited property from the territory of the municipality of Koźmin Wielkopolski within the meaning of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021 item item 888 as of late. ) to the Department of Waste Management Sp. z o.o. in Jarocin — Wielkopolskie Recycling Centre, Witaszyczki, Mariusz Małynicza Street 1, 63-200 Jarocin, according to the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Koźmin Wlkp. as well as other provisions of the common law and a local.

The subject of the order shall include the collection of the following municipal waste, broken down by types of waste, which will be received directly from the owners of the inhabited property:

1. unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;

2. municipal waste collected selectively with subdivision into:

(a) paper and paperboard, including packaging of paper and cardboard,

(b) metals, including packaging of metals, plastics, including plastic packaging, multi-plant packaging,

(c) coloured glass, including coloured glass packaging,

(d) colourless glass, including packaging of colourless glass,

(e) biowaste,

(f) ash and slag from domestic fireboxes.

The subject of the contract shall include the collection of municipal waste selectively collected in the units listed in Annex 10 to the SIWZ, broken down into:

(a) expired medicines,

b) used batteries and batteries.
