The city of Rees is looking for an office for the building project planning as part of the new construction of the municipal outdoor pool.

The current, currently closed, outdoor swimming pool of the city of Rees is to be rebuilt in a modified form and using the existing swimming pool on the Rees property, corridor 24, parcel 461. For this purpose, the city is looking for an office for building object planning. As part of the planning, the property planner must coordinate closely with the outdoor facility planner, who is in charge of the overall planning, and work with him properly and on schedule. The basis for the planning is a feasibility study by ANTEC, whose "expansion concept" must be taken into account and implemented. According to this, the outdoor pool will in future include a competition-compatible swimming pool made of stainless steel with 6 lanes each 25 m long, a non-swimmer pool of approx. 330 square meters and a children's pool with a water surface of approx. 100 square meters. Buildings are needed in particular for technical and storage rooms, a sanitary and changing area, a double garage, a snack bar and the club rooms of the Reeser swimming club, each including the interior fittings.

The subject of the commission is initially the service phases 3 and 4 according to the service profile of § 34 HOAI. Details can be found in the tender documents.
