Land sale location "Wijnbergen De Kwekerij" in Doetinchem

Lot 1 concerns 16 lots that the contracted candidate can buy with the right to develop 16 homes within two years and to sell them to private individuals through an open sales process.

Order to purchase is reserved for local or regional parties. Concerns plots that are located on the southern part of the location.

For lot 2, the municipality of Doetinchem wishes to sell 68 lots, but for 32 lots, an intention agreement has already been drawn up with Sité Woondiensten. For the most part, this is a clustered assignment and that is why the municipality of Doetinchem is working together with Sité Woondiensten for the development/realization of a total of 68 homes. It concerns 36 homes to be acquired by the Buyer with the right to develop and resell, as well as 32 homes for which the Buyer may be commissioned by Sité Woondiensten to design and realize them in the social rental segment (terrace house in row overlooking a court) for Sité Woondiensten (map attached, see appendix 10).
