Description:
Establishment and conduct on the territory of the Town of Gorzów Wielkopolski Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK)

The subject of the contract is the services of establishment, on the property: 1. provided by the Contractor and 2. to, which the Contractor holds the relevant legal title, subject to restrictions under Article 9c (1a) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, hereinafter, .c.p.g.”) referred to as Article 41b of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, hereinafter referred to as “u.o.”) - The Contractor must be the owner of the property, perpetual user, user or leaseholder, 379, 379, 379, 379, 3777777777777888879, hereant. located in the area of The town of Gorzów Wielkopolski is a member municipality of the Custom Union of Municipalities MG- 6 and running on the following requirements of the property, the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”)., together with the development of waste accepted by the Contractor in PSZOK.

The Contractor shall be obliged to use the waste accepted in the PSZOK by transferring, directly or through another waste collector, selectively collected municipal waste to the recovery or disposal plant, in accordance with the hierarchy of how to deal with waste referred to in Article 17 u.o.

Forecast mass of selectively collected municipal waste in PSZOK within 14 months:
