The subject of the procurement is divided into three separate lots, which provide for:(1) delivery, installation, launch, adjustment of solar panels and receipt of data on the energy obtained in various objects of SIA "Jūrmalas ūdens" by strengthening solar panels, both on the roofs of existing buildings and on the ground(2) Implementation of energy efficiency measures in two buildings in Jurmala, Promenade Street 1a and Nometņu 5a. Energy efficiency measures include:2.1. insulation or replacement of garage gates while maintaining the existing volume, proportions, division and colouring;2.2. window rental, taking into account the existing proportions, division and colouring;2.3. insulation of the ceiling from the inside of the premises;replacement of floors, including by installing warm floors(3) replacement of the existing gas boiler with a high-efficiency biomass combined heat and electricity production boiler, in which the fuel to be used is pellets (wood, biomass)
