Order
In the context of the duty of care for the sewerage system that the Municipality of Breda has, part of the existing sewerage system is cleaned and inspected every year. Subsequently, the inspection results must be assessed and the necessary maintenance measures must be drawn up. Partly the assessments of the inspections and the drafting of the measures will be done by the Municipality of Breda itself and partly this work will be outsourced to an external party.
The present task involves assessing the inspections and drawing up the measures. A detailed description of the work to be carried out can be found in the "Work description assessment sewer inspections 2024".
The contract concerns a framework agreement. The municipality of Breda has the need to enter into agreements now and in the future regarding the assessment of sewer inspections. The municipality of Breda wishes to record the agreements that will always apply to (the execution of) the further agreements (partial assignments) in the attached agreement, which should be seen as a framework agreement for the future further agreements (partial assignments).
Maximum contract value
The maximum contract value under this framework agreement is set at € 300,000 over the term of the agreement, including renewal options and plus a margin of uncertainty of 25%.
No rights can be derived from the aforementioned amount. There is no purchase obligation for the client.
The framework agreement expires as soon as the maximum contract value of € 300,000 has been reached.
