Espoon Asunnot Oy is a real estate company owned by the City of Espoo, the purpose of which is to provide housing services to the residents of the municipality. At the moment, there are about 320 properties in ownership and about 16,000 apartments.

Espoon Asunnot Oy puts out to tender the nano-coating services of apartments. The service applies to the waterproofing of residential bathrooms with non-destructive bathroom maintenance, renovation and coating treatment services. Includes the renewal of tile seams and silicones.

An open procedure is used for procurement.

The contract is concluded with two service providers, and one service provider is selected for the reserve. The contract is made valid until further notice, where during the first year the notice period on both sides is 1 month and thereafter 4 months.

The service is ordered as needed, and we cannot guarantee any order backlog for the service provider. The value of the contract is a rough estimate of the need for nanoservices over a period of four years.
