The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annexes 12 – 14 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law and implementing regulations to this Act. The purchase of electricity will be carried out to energy consumption points belonging to the Rawicz Commune and organizational units
Part 1 - includes "purchase of electricity for the Rawicz Municipality for street lighting"Part 1 of the subject of the contract includes the purchase of electricity for the needs of street lighting of the Rawicz Municipality. The scope of the contract includes, in particular, the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 12 to the SWZ. Electricity demand for part 1 of the contract in the period from 01.01.2023 until 31.12.2023 - is 928 904 kWh.
Electricity consumption broken down by tariff groups:
C12b daily - 305 861 kWh,
C12b night - 584 017 kWh,
C11o - 25 536 kWh,
C11 - 13 490 kWh.
The measurement and settlement system in tariff group B is adapted to the TPA principles. Distribution services will be provided on the basis of separate agreements.
1. The Contracting Authority authorized for part 1 of the contract has currently concluded contracts valid until 31 December 2022 for the sale of electricity by the Contractor to the Ordering Party. The current electricity seller for Part 1 is:

2. The authorized ordering party informs that separate contracts for the purchase of energy and for distribution are concluded for electricity consumption points.
3. The Ordering Party authorized for part 1 of the contract has signed a contract for the provision of electricity distribution services for an indefinite period with the Distribution System Operator, i.e. with ENEA Operator spółka z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań.
4. The authorized contracting authority shall specify in the description of the subject of the contract quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract, referred to in Article 246(2) of the Act. The supply of electricity will take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385 with póź.zm. and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued to this Act, in particular with the standards of quality of customer service specified in the standards of customer service specified
in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 on the detailed rules for shaping
and calculation of tariffs and settlements in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 503, as amended). The Contracting Authority requires that the supplied energy meets the quality parameters specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 04.05.2007 on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93 item 623 as amended), in particular specified
in Chapter 10 Quality parameters of electricity and quality standards of customer service as well as the method of dealing with complaints.
5. The contract for part 1 of the order will be concluded by the Municipality of Rawicz. The payer will be the Municipality of Rawicz, which will conclude contracts with the Contractor and will be responsible for the implementation of the provisions of the Agreement independently in relation to the electricity consumption points subject to them. The Contractor shall provide each Payer in accordance with the concluded contracts with appropriate VAT invoices, issued to individual Payers separately. The payer is not responsible for the obligations and performance of the contract by other payers indicated in Chapter III.
Part 2 - includes "purchase of electricity for the Rawicz Commune for facilities and places belonging to the Rawicz Municipality", i.e. administrative buildings of the Office, village common rooms, watchtowers, etc.Part 2 of the subject of the contract includes the purchase of electricity for facilities and places belonging to the Rawicz Municipality, i.e. administrative buildings of the Office, village common rooms, watchtowers, etc.)
The scope of the contract includes, in particular, the purchase of electricity for the objects indicated
in Annex 13 to the SWZ. The electricity demand for the needs of part 2 of the order in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 - is 308 800 kWh.

The scope of the contract includes, in particular, the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 14 to the SWZ. Electricity demand for part 3 of the contract in the period from 01.01.2023 by 31.12.2023 - amounts to 1 103 300 kWh.

5. Contracts for Part 3 shall be concluded separately by the individual units indicated above in respect of the electricity consumption points subject to them. The payer will be organizational units that will conclude contracts with the Contractor and will be responsible for the implementation of the provisions of the Agreement independently in relation to the electricity consumption points subject to them. The Contractor shall provide each Payer in accordance with the concluded contracts with appropriate VAT invoices, issued to individual Payers separately. The payer is not responsible for the obligations and performance of the contract by other payers indicated in Chapter III of the SWZ.
