The term "patient nutrition" should be understood as independent preparation (cooking) and delivery by the Contractor to individual buildings of the Employer of ready meals, in accordance with orders placed by the Employer and at hours specified by the Employer. Meals will be prepared at a feeding point organized in the Zimowit building. The feeding point includes a number of rooms, consisting of a proper kitchen, kitchen facilities and storage and cleaning rooms. Serving meals to patients undergoing treatment with the Ordering Party will take place in the dining room rooms organized in the buildings "Zimowit", "Eskulap", "Maria", "Teresa" and "Polonia", "Świtezianka" and "Gołąbek". Other details of the order are specified in the ToR.
The subject of the contract are services consisting in providing all-day nutrition of patients of "Uzdrowisko Rymanów" SA in six facilities with dining rooms, ie:
- Eskulap Health Resort,
- Zimowit Health Resort Hospital,
- Podkarpackie Cardiac Rehabilitation Center "Polonia",
- Teresa Health Resort,
- Maria Health Resort,
- "Świtezianka" building.
- "Gołąbek" building
The nutrition service will be provided for a period of 36 months from the date of the contract, from 1.9.2019 to 31.8.2022.
In connection with the implementation of investments co-financed from RPO WP for 2014-2020 in the period from 1.5.2019 to 30.4.2022, it is expected in the abovementioned during this period, the "Anna" facility was put into use as part of the company's operations, and the catering service provided to patients staying there. Therefore, the award of the contract is envisaged in accordance with art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law, which consists in repeating the feeding service in the "Anna" building, which is planned to be put into operation from 1.7.2020.
Meals will be prepared in the Employer's kitchen organized in the Zimowit Health Resort. The feeding point includes a number of rooms, consisting of a proper kitchen, kitchen facilities, storage and order rooms.
Serving meals to patients undergoing treatment with the Ordering Party will take place in the dining room rooms organized in the buildings: "Eskulap", "Zimowit", "Polonia", "Teresa", "Maria", "Świtezianka" and "Gołąbek". The individual dining room consists of a number of rooms, which include a meal distribution room, table warewashing facilities and ancillary rooms.
The term "patient nutrition" should be understood as independent preparation (cooking) and delivery by the Contractor to individual buildings of the Employer of ready meals in accordance with the orders placed by the Employer and at the hours specified by the Employer described in Annex 6.1 to OPZ.
The Employer anticipates that the planned number of all-day meals within the scope of the basic order over a 3-year period will be: patient with referral - 743 400 meals, commercial patient - 66 195 meals. The above amount is estimated and may be reduced depending on the needs of the Employer.
