The German Research Center for Geosciences GFZ is researching gentle stimulation methods in geothermal reservoirs as part of the DESTRESS demonstration project. At the Mezöbereny site in Hungary, the injectivity of a well should be increased by chemical stimulation. The stimulation consists of three steps: an inventory by logging and hydraulic tests, stimulation and follow-up (logging and hydraulic tests) to validate the injectivity increase.

Lot 1 involves performing hydraulic tests and coiled tubing stimulation. This includes the construction of the construction site, restoration of the property and the exchange of the drill head. In addition, a sampling program and analysis of fluids and solids is planned.

Lot 2 contains the logging program in the hole before and after the stimulation. In each case a Bailer sample is taken from the hole. During the hydraulic tests and the stimulation spinners or P- / T-logs are driven.
