The project ‘New sixth form college in Tvedestrand’ comprises a new sixth form college with the accompanying sports hall and outdoor sports installations. The county council has decided that the new sixth form college shall be located in Mjåvann in Tvedestrand.

The main aim of the planning work is to approve a legally binding limitation of the necessary area for the new sixth form college with the accompanying installations, including sports installations, areas for outside recreation/greenery, parking, infrastructure and determining the outer limits for buildings, as well as determining the route of a future access road between Grenstøl and county road 410.

The area development plan shall be sufficiently detailed so that an application can be filed for permission to build without having to regulate the areas in detail.
