The majority of the contract is dealt with on a fixed price. The contract also includes services and interventions according to the unit price schedule. The framework agreement with maximum is entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The maximum amount of the framework agreement (lump sum + purchase order part) is EUR 1,000,000.00 excl. VAT for the duration of 3 years
