The object of the order is the construction of a complex of residential buildings along with the development of the land, in the investment field of 6MW (according to the subdivision of the land into quarters according to MPZP). The undertaking is located in Poznań in the area of Literackiej/Wiencka/Zawackiej/Wienwiński streets in Poznań, on a plot of land with registration number 1/330, ark. 14, within Golęcin. The scope of construction work included in the project includes residential buildings with accompanying infrastructure, internal roads, ground and underground car parks, playhouses, small architecture elements, installations and networks to the extent necessary for their proper operation and obtaining all necessary conditions, decisions and arrangements for obtaining a decision on the use licence (hereinafter as “Investment”). This description applies to the basic task as well as the task covered by the 'option law'.
