The procurement center in collaboration with the municipality of Norrköping invites you to submit a tender for public procurement of framework agreements regarding project and construction management for the tramway and siding.

The framework agreement includes, as a consultant, carrying out project and construction management for projects within the tramway and siding. The contract is for framework agreements with three (3) bidders, provided that three (3) bidders qualify, where all the conditions for the call are set. Contracts do not automatically entitle to assignments, but only regulate the terms of the call.

Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the conditions set out in the tender documents.
