The call for tenders is the creation of a concept to increase the digital health literacy of AOK policyholders in order to discuss the needs/problems of the target group and to develop an implementation plan. The service is provided in two phases: The first phase (conception phase) includes the concept development. The second phase includes optional services for concept detailing.

In the first phase (conception phase), the contractor creates the concept.The focus of the concept will be on the dimensions of navigation literacy, information literacy and health literacy of digital health literacy. The majority of the measures developed in the concept will focus on the "My AOK" app and web. In addition, further measures should also relate to other AOK applications (e.g. aok.de, pregnant app, "AOK Bonus" app, ...). The specific questions to be answered with the concept can be found in the service description (Annex 02 of the tender documents). The concept development takes place in close coordination with the client. At the beginning there will be a one-day kick-off event. This is followed by virtual weekly meetings to review the concept status and how to proceed, including feedback from the client. The event will conclude with a presentation of the final concept (virtual).

In the second phase, which can be ordered optionally, services for concept detailing are commissioned. The optional additional services include the further detailing and expansion of the developed concept for the diGeKo or, if applicable, a concept version adapted by the AG with a view to the insured and including the web and app offers for the insured.

The content of this service is the clarification of detailed technical questions that may arise during the technical implementation and the preparation of corresponding documentation.
