The purpose of the proposed contract is to implement and manage the digital local currency payment system in the municipality under the conditions described in the technical specifications, which includes:

Provide and manage a technology platform as a digital payment system, based on a mobile application and a control panel.

Prepare the operating regulations of the local currency payment system.

Carry out the local currency channeling of local public funds provided by the City Council (bonuses, subsidies, aid, etc.) through the platform

technological and to monitor and justify them.

To have a customer service and manage it for the entire duration of the contract to resolve any doubts and incidents that may occur in the use of the payment system in local currency.

Advise and support trade by carrying out awareness-raising, promotion and loyalty actions to the commercial sector because they adhere to the local currency project.
