With this tender, the RDW aims to reach an Agreement with one Contractor for the delivery of the smartphones and accessories (Apple and Samsung), support and warranty settlement of defective devices and related services.

The RDW currently has a contract for the supply of Android devices via the framework agreement "IWR2021| Workplace Hardware| Android devices and accessories (incl. optional services)" which expires on July 29, 2025 at the latest. The RDW intends to subsequently include the supply of Android devices and accessories (including optional services) in this framework agreement if these may still be provided from the RDW policy for smartphones.
