1. The subject of the contract concerns the provision of a service of collection and management of municipal waste from real estate on which residents of the commune live and waste from the liquidation of wild garbage dumps and collected during a one-time itinerant collection in the Commune. The total amount of waste to be collected and managed is 4 045 Mg.
The scope of the basic (guaranteed) contract includes: 1) collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste in the amount of 2 140 Mg, 2) collection and management of municipal waste segregated in the amount of 1 700 Mg, 3) collection and management of bio-waste (food, kitchen and biodegradable waste) in the amount of 120 Mg, 4) collection and management of waste collected during a one-time itinerant collection from the commune in the amount of 80 Mg (all areas of all housing estates and villages) including: waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, used tires from passenger cars, motorcycles and bicycles, 5) collection and management of waste collected during the liquidation of wild garbage dumps in the commune in the amount of 5 Mg, 6) conducting an educational and information campaign in the field of ecology, including proper segregation of municipal waste 7) cooperation in the exchange of information and data between the Ordering Party, and the Contractor; The quantities of individual types of waste are given in an estimated manner in order for the Contractors to calculate the price of the offer. Settlement for the service performed will take place on the basis of the actual amount of waste collected and managed. 3. The municipal waste management service will be provided in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels: recycling and preparation for re-use of municipal waste, reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular with: 1) the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), 2) the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws 2022.699, as amended) 3) The Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Sędziszów Małopolski, adopted by the City Council in Sędziszów Małopolski by Resolution No. XIX/205/20 of 16 April 2020. 4) Resolution No. XIX/206/20 of the City Council in Sędziszów Małopolski of 16 April 2020 on determining the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management; 4. The municipal waste collection system does not cover waste generated in the so-called uninhabited properties (schools, companies, hotels, hospitals, etc.). 5.
