Background and objectives of the procurement

SMHI's operations are currently conducted from three offices, the largest in Norrköping and smaller offices in Gothenburg and Uppsala. For Gothenburg and Uppsala, there are existing agreements, the goal of this procurement is to sign an agreement with a supplier for the provision of appropriate cleaning in Norrköping. The current agreement expires 2023-06-28 and the goal is that the assignment can begin from 2023-06-29.

The supplier must also be able to provide closely related services during the contract period. Closely related services include window cleaning, floor care, textile washing and moving cleaning.
