Description:
“Receipt, transport and development of municipal waste from the territory of the Municipality of Bierzwnik for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, not earlier than 01.01.2022r.”

The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection, transport and development of municipal waste from all owners of inhabited and non-inhabited, mixed and real estate on which there are cottages and other real estate used only for part of the year for recreational and leisure purposes on which municipal waste is created in the territory of the Municipality of Bierzwnik within 24 months of the signing of the contract, not earlier than 01.01.2022r. Equipment and replenishment of the property in bags for selective waste collection.Reception and management of waste from the Municipal Dangerous and Problem Waste Collection Point hereinafter referred to as GPZONiP located at Cystersy Street in Bierzwnik. 2.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection, transport and development of municipal waste from all owners of inhabited and non-inhabited, mixed and real estate on which there are cottages and other real estate used only for part of the year for recreational and leisure purposes on which municipal waste is created located in the municipality of Bierzwnik.

2.2. Equipment and replenishment of the property with bags for selective waste collection, where waste is collected after each time waste collection.

2.3. Reception and management of waste from the Municipal Dangerous and Problem Waste Collection Point hereinafter referred to as the GPZONiP located at Cystersy Street in Bierzwnik.

2.4. Technical adjustment and equipment of GPZONiP with containers and containers intended for correct selective collection of municipal waste.

2.5. Organizing twice a year collection of large-sized waste in the territory of the municipality Bierzwnik.

2.6. Reception and management of used batteries and batteries, expired medicines and packaging after medicines (collected in the Contractor's property of containers located in the Contracting Authority's points of intake).

2.7. Maintain reporting and documentation related to the contracted activities during the period of implementation of the contract.

2.8. Supply a minimum of 20 waste containers with a capacity of 120 litres and 3 containers of 1100 l, including: yellow (min. 1pc), green (min. 1 pc) and blue (min. 1 pc) to the Ordering Party (new or used containers, standard PN-EN 840).

2.9. A detailed specification of the object of the contract, including a description of the requirements for containers, is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as OPZ.

2.10pm. The Contracting Authority shall allow the use of subcontractors. Contractor:

1) is obliged to indicate in the offer form (Annex No 2

to SWZ) parts of the contract whose execution intends to be entrusted to subcontractors and specify the companies (company designation) subcontractors and fill in Section D of Part II of the JEDZ form.

In the event that the contractor does not intend to perform the contract with the participation of the Subcontractors, enter “not applicable” or other similar wording. If the Contractor leaves the points blank in the forms, the Contracting Authority considers that the order will be made by its own forces, without the participation of the Subcontractors.

2) if the subsequent amendment or resignation of the subcontractor concerns an entity whose resources the Contractor relied upon, under the rules laid down in Article 118 of the Pzp Act, to indicate that the conditions of participation are met

in the proceedings, the Contractor is obliged to indicate to the Contracting Authority,

that the proposed other Subcontractor or Contractor shall independently satisfy them to a degree not less than the subcontractor whose resources the contractor relied upon during the procurement procedure.

Pursuant to the contents of Article 95 of the PZP Act, the Contracting Authority requires employment under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974.- Labor Code by the Contractor or subcontractors or by further subcontractors of persons carrying out work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) bill. The Contracting Authority requires employment under the employment contract of persons performing all services related to the subject of the contract (actually related to the collection and management of waste) .This requirement does not apply to persons who perform the above-mentioned activities within the framework of the activities carried out economic. Detailed rules for documenting employment under an employment contract are set out in the model contract.
