The Confederation has a large number of properties throughout Switzerland. The Federal Office for Buildings and Logistics (BBL) is responsible for the maintenance of these properties. The cleaning is coordinated and professionally managed by the BBL.

In the context of a public invitation to tender, window, curtain and façade cleaning according to the specifications and specifications for the properties in Magglingen will be reassigned in 2018.

The costs are to be offered in accordance with the tender documents.

The cleaning work will be awarded for 4 years, with the one-sided option of the client for an extension of 1 year. Total max. 5 years.
