Main contractors - Construction of a new c.3,640 sq.m. single storey special school for Rosedale School on a greenfield site at the Woodlands Centre, Renmore, Galway. The works also include construction of a 39 sq.m. single storey ancillary storage shed; all associated site development works including works to the existing Woodlands campus entrance, revised access road, staff and visitor car parking, bus drop-off areas, new perimeter boundary walls and fences, removal of selected trees and new ancillary site signage; and all associated site services including surface and foul water drainage rainwater harvesting system, underground rainwater tanks and site lighting. Reserved Specialists will be used in this contract (i.e. for the mechanical installation works and the electrical installation works) and they will be pre-qualified separately.
