The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified Service Providers who can undertake the installation, renewal, periodic inspection, servicing and maintenance of fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire fighting equipment, controlled door entry systems, OAP alarms and warden call systems, communal aerials and satellite aerial and distribution systems, automatic door opening systems and intruder alarms / CCTV installations to tender for a position on a framework agreement under which it envisages that partnering contracts will be let to Service Providers within the framework for the provision of all or part of these services and the like to social housing dwellings, sheltered schemes, supported and special needs housing and occasionally in member's offices in properties owned or managed by the individual members (including future members)of the Procurement For All consortium.
Procurement For All is a growing consortium of Registered Providers with housing stock widely distributed across England and Wales. Each consortium member may subsequently tender through a mini competition between the framework Service Providers and enter into contracts with successful Providers for a period of up to four years subject to an annual performance review. The Service Providers will be required to provide a customer focused service and show a commitment to providing an effective service that provides value for money to the Employer(s) and their customers whether tenants or leaseholders. The Employer(s) will require the Service Providers to cooperate with them in working towards a partnership approach by providing a service to the contract. The Authority and its present and future members reserves the right to withdraw from this procurement procedure at any time.
Bidders are to be responsible for the costs and expenses they incur as a result of participating in this procurement procedure.
Procurement For All are seeking expressions of interest from bidders who can provide coverage to either national and/or regional areas.
The lots are split as follows:
Lot A - all works - value up to 75 000 GBP per annum;
Lot B - all works - value up to 150 000 GBP per annum;
Lot C - all works - value over 150 000 GBP per annum;
Lot D - CCTV, door entry and warden call/OAP alarms - up to 37 500 GBP per annum;
Lot E - CCTV, door entry and warden call/OAP alarms - up to 75 000 GBP per annum;
Lot F - CCTV, door entry and warden call/OAP alarms - over 75 000 GBP per annum;
Lot G - communal TV aerial works - between GBP 10,00 - 50,000 GBP per annum;
Lot H - Fire alarm and emergency lighting works - up to 30 000 GBP per annum;
Lot I - Fire alarm and emergency lighting works - up to 60 000 GBP per annum;
Lot J - Fire alarm and emergency lighting works - over 60 000 GBP per annum.
