Telecommunications services.
The contract will be divided into the following lots:
- Lot 1: Telephony
- Lot 2: Data transmission at remote sites and Internet access
Tenderers may submit individual tenders to one lot or both lots. Tenderers submitting individual tenders may also submit an integrative tender for the two lots.
Therefore, provided that the corresponding individual tenders are submitted, it is possible to submit one (and only one per tenderer) integrating tender including lots 1 and 2.
Tenderers submitting an integrative tender must also submit individual tenders to the two lots. Integrated offers that do not comply with this point will be excluded.
Each tenderer may submit only one individual tender to the same lot, excluding tenderers who submit more than one tender to the same lot. That is, variants or alternatives to the same offer cannot be presented.
