The files of the company files of the Occupational Safety and Health Department, which were previously kept in paper form at the Saxony State Directorate, are to be digitized as completely as possible in order to ensure the electronic availability of all company files for IT-supported process processing.

The file stock of the company files of the Occupational Safety and Health Department, which were previously kept in paper form at the Saxony State Directorate at the Dresden and Bautzen file locations, must be digitized in order to ensure the electronic availability of all company files for IT-supported process processing. The files on both locations comprise approximately 3,750,000 sheets of paper. Considering the partly double-sided printed sheets, an estimated 5,625,000 pages have to be digitized. The scope of services also includes the regular collection and return of the files to be digitized at the file location as well as the delivery of the digital scans in pdf format.

The files on both locations comprise approximately 5,262,000 sheets of paper. Considering the partly double-sided printed sheets, an estimated 7,893,000 pages have to be digitized. The scope of services also includes the regular collection and return of the files to be digitized at the file location as well as the delivery of the digital scans in pdf format.
